LinksFreeForAll.com is a blog site where you can add as many website or blog links as you want, and search for other links of interest that might ordinarily be too obscure to find on a traditional search engine(or buried after 30 pages + of other material), but can easily be found on here.
You can add a title, description, keywords(which will help the search), a email address for those to contact you, and the site's URL. As soon as you hit submit, you link is already up on the site! No waiting for a link to be approved like so many other sites where you submit your content.
